of healthy 'innocent' foods, physical fitness, and good health through
'natural' means. She offers several products through her web site
and describes the experience of living her way of life on the big
island of Hawaii.

Wellness Meats -- The home of John Wood and family who
raise livestock the old fashioned way; without antibiotics, hormones,
or animal feed. Their cattle eat grasses grown on the farm right there.
John sells beef, cheeses, buffalo, chicken, and several other products
he and others who share his philosophy produce. This is the healthy
stuff. Try it, you will like it.

Organic Gardners Assn-- The home of the Indiana Gardners
Association, a group that promotes safe food and flower growing. Their
web site has information about joining, meetings, and information.
DFL
Music Transfer LLC -- If you have old records, video
tapes, photos or about anything else on old technology and would like
to have it transferred to CDs or DVDs, this is the place. David Feinauer
is the owner. He completed a transfer for me of an audio recording
that was made in 1970. I now have it on CDs for future generations.
